Cleaning v1

New Clean Beta v6

Pre Clean (not part of recipe):
-Create a solution of 1 gallon of hot water and 1/4 cup of powdered dishwasher detergent in your keg
-Place all three screens into the step filter. (No adjunct compartment or hop cages)
-Use 'Circulate' from the help menu to run this through the machine for a few minutes, then turn the machine off, and disconnect the keg.
-Empty and rinse keg, step filter, screens, and in-line filter.
-Allow this solution to sit in the machine overnight.

New Clean V6 (this recipe):
-Create a fresh detergent solution in your keg using the same ratio as before.
-Place all three screens into the step filter. (No adjunct compartment or hop cages)
-At completion of cleaning cycle (prompt notes/before final step),  fill keg with 4 gallons of hot tap water
-Connect black fitting to 'OUT' post on keg
-Attach wand to grey fitting and run it into bucket or sink, OR attach grey fitting to 'IN' post on empty keg
-Continue, this will rinse your system. There should be no water left in the keg at the end of this step.
